Consumer Rights & Duties

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Brazil) and international standards, the consumer has the right to:

• Clear and accurate information about products;

• Full refund within 7 days for online purchases, as per Brazilian law;

• Protection against misleading or abusive advertising;

• Safe, functional products in line with what was advertised.

Consumer Duties:

• Provide accurate data during checkout;

• Respect store deadlines and policies;

• Refrain from misuse of the return or chargeback process.
